The rate options are automatically calculated based on your shipping address through FedEx or USPS and are MINIMUM shipping time estimates, and do not include processing time frames. CLAE cannot guarantee delivery times.
Orders have 30 days from the date of purchase to return eligible items for exchange or refund. All footwear must be returned with the original, undamaged, unmarked CLAE shoe box, inside of a separate shipping box.
