EXCHANGES AND RETURNS

Here at CLAE we want to make sure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If, for any reason, you are unhappy with an item you have received, our customer care will gladly assist you with an Exchange or Refund.

Exchanges and Returns must be received within 30 days of the date on your receipt. CLAE offers Free Ground shipping on all Exchanges within the Continental US. For Exchanges outside of the Continental US, standard shipping charges will apply. Refunds will be made to the original form of payment. CLAE does not refund shipping charges. Return shipping charges are the customer's responsibility.

Sale Items are eligible for Exchange Only and must be returned within 10 days of the date of your receipt.

Physical Retail Store and Other Online Retail Purchases unfortunately cannot be accepted for Exchanges or Refunds from CLAE.com.

Please Note: CLAE can only accept returned merchandise that is received in new, unworn, original condition and in the original, unmarked, undamaged CLAE box. Any returned merchandise that cannot be sold as new will be returned to the sender. We appreciate your understanding and compliance.

TO RETURN YOUR PURCHASE FOR EXCHANGE OR REFUND

To request a Return Authorization Number (RMA#) go to CLAE.com, click on "Order Status" and make the appropriate selection. We will then e-mail your personal RMA# and instructions on how and where to ship your return merchandise.

CLAE unfortunately cannot accept any returns with out an accompanying RMA#.

Upon receipt of your returned merchandise, we will proceed with your Exchange or Refund. Exchange requests greater then the original purchase will be charged (to the original form of payment) for the difference in price. For PayPal orders greater then the original purchase, CLAE will send an invoice for the difference in price. Exchange orders less then the original purchase will be refunded the difference in price to the original form of payment.

Please Note: When shipping items back to CLAE, customers should choose the same shipping service used to deliver your original order and insure the item for full value. CLAE is not responsible for damaged, lost or stolen packages.
